Returns & Exchange policy
Before you return VeroniQ Trends products, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional methods, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping. Returns, Refunds and Exchange not applicable on the basis of not liking the product, as all the products details and pics have been clearly mentioned on the site.
Returns & Exchanges not applicable on Make on order products, on Silver Jewelry. As most of our Jewelry is based on Make on order, therefore such orders do not qualify for any returns, refunds or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit then
4 STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN
Step 1: Please inform us within 2 days of receipt of order. You must email info@veronqtrends.com to notify us or can drop us a Whats app on 91-9549901009.
Shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
Step 2: Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then, it is up to the discretion of the VeroniQ Trends QC team to decide whether product is approved for return.
Step 3: Once we have received an e-mail notifying us of your concern with the product image and our Quality Control team has authorized the return, we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
· We will either help you in getting the product repaired or ask you to visit nearby repair store to repair the damage if it’s very minor. In such cases we may offer a 10% refund in such cases to cover the repair charges. The products damage intensity will be verified by our customer care team and will be solely at VeroniQ Trends discretion to evaluate the problem and come to a conclusion.
· If the damage is non repairable then we will ask you to ship back the product to us (Shipping to be borne by the customer) We do not offer reverse pick up services. Ones the product is reached our warehouse we will quality check the product. After a successful QC we will repair the damage and ship back the product.
· If you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging). Our QC team will provide options either you would want to exchange the item with any other product from our store (depending on the availability of the particular item) of the same price or above ( Incase price is more the purchased product then the additional amount needs to be paid) OR we will offer full refund to the mode via which payment was made.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for shipments stuck in transit or in customs. We are not responsible for any delay in the transit time, as the time taken during the transit is not in our control. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the respective payment gateway if applicable as per the situations given below

Hence we do not offer refunds on the points mentioned below as all our products are made on order and handcrafted so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
Therefore, we will not entertain any refunds against issues raised against not liking the product or any minor variations.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
A. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
B. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
C. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies
D. Package refused by recipient.
E. Sizing issues.
F. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
G. Minor color and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
H. If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.
REFUND TIMELINE:
Refund is applicable only If you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging). Our customer care team will provide options either you would want to replace the item with any other product from our store (depending on the availability of the particular item) of the same price or above ( Incase price is more the purchased product then the additional amount needs to be paid) OR we will offer full refund to the mode via which payment was made.
Refund is usually made within 3-7 working days. The money would be refunded through the same payment gateway selected by you.
Refund will be made only after receiving the products in hand.
