In India we have 2 to 3 days guaranteed delivery services if the product is in ready stock.
If its a made to order product then the time to prepare and dispatch will be mentioned on the product.

Any customs duty , custom charges ,clearance charges levied while we send you your product in the destination country shall be in borne by you directly.
If your countries has a process of delivering products through mailboxes or Post office boxes then we shall be shipping your product to the nearest post office post which you shall have to get it collected.
While you order the product from us it is your duty to ensure to ensure clearance with your local authorities and pay any sort of charges it any levied on the import of the product to your location ,our responsibility ends when we ship the product to your country and provide you a tracking ID.

How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, DTDC, etc. for Domestic Shipments
For International shipments we use UPS, FedEx, DHL.
What about warranty and hidden costs (taxes etc.)?
In India-There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including of all applicable taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable taxes.
For international shipments Customer is responsible for payment of any calculated duties and/or taxes as determined by the country of designation.
How do I track my shipment?
VeroniQ Trends uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
What pin codes do you ship to?
We ship to almost all Pin codes both Domestic and International. We do not have COD option to any of the pin codes. We accept only Prepaid Orders.
In the rare cases when a customer opts for COD then we share a payment link before the item is shipped to them. After receiving the payment then only the item is shipped
