Order Acceptance & Company Cancellations
There may be certain orders that we might be unable to accept due to certain operational or inventory reasons.
VeroniQ Trends solely reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracy or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Customer Cancellation Window
Because most of our jewelry pieces are handcrafted or made-to-order from Jaipur, customer cancellations are structured on the following strict timeframes:
Full Refund Eligibility
An order can be cancelled for a refund only within 24 hours of purchase. A nominal bank gateway transaction fee of 10% will be deducted from the final order value.
Partial Processing Fee
For an order cancelled after 24 hours and within 2 days, in addition to the 10% bank transaction fee, an amount of $20 USD shall be charged as non-refundable processing fees, as artisanal manufacturing initiates immediately.
No Cancellation
Beyond 2 days (48 hours), no order can be cancelled, as custom production, metal casting, and stones setting will have already reached irreversible completion.
