Customs & Destination Country Clearance

Any customs duty, import charges, or clearance fees levied in the destination country shall be borne directly by the buyer as determined by your country's local customs regulations.

If your country has a delivery protocol involving mailboxes or Post Office Boxes, we will ship your package to the nearest designated post office or address provided.

While you order from us, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local authorities and settle any applicable import duties. Our primary responsibility is safely dispatching your product from Jaipur and providing live tracking credentials. What is the estimated delivery and processing time?
All orders are shipped from Jaipur City. Please allow 7 to 12 business days for order processing for items in steady stock. Made-to-order or custom items require a minimum of 15 to 21 business days (up to 30 days for complex bridal pieces).
How will the delivery be done? Which couriers are used?

How do I track my shipment?
We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email and SMS within 24 hours of dispatching the product. This email contains the courier tracking number and the direct tracking link.
What about warranty and hidden costs (taxes etc.)?
In India: There are zero extra taxes or hidden costs. The price shown on the website is the final all-inclusive price. What you see is what you pay!
International: Customer is responsible for payment of any destination import taxes or duties levied by the destination country.
What pin codes do you ship to & Cash on Delivery policy?
We ship to almost all Pin codes across India and internationally. We operate on a 100% Prepaid Order model. In rare cases where COD is requested, a secure payment link is shared prior to dispatch, and the parcel is dispatched once payment is confirmed.
