Secure Packaging
Pack the jewelry securely in its original luxury velvet box, authenticity certificate, tags, and bubble protection.
Quality Inspection
Once received at our Jaipur studio, our gemologists inspect the item to verify its unworn, pristine condition.
Instant Refund / Swap
Your refund is processed to your original payment mode or your requested exchange piece is dispatched immediately.
Eligibility & Guidelines
✓ Items Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Items in unused, unworn condition without scratches or perfume exposure.
- Original tags, velvet jewelry box, and authenticity cards intact.
- Standard catalog jewelry items returned within the 7-day window.
- Size exchange for bangles, rings, and necklace lengths.
✗ Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, bespoke, or made-to-order bridal items created specifically for your measurements.
- Items damaged due to improper handling, moisture, or chemical exposure after delivery.
- Orders requested after the 7-day delivery window.

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or with stones dislodged during transit, please share a clear unboxing video or photograph within 24 hours of delivery to info@veroniqtrends.com or WhatsApp +91 9549901009. We will arrange a free immediate replacement or 100% full refund with zero deductions!
