CANCELLATION POLICY
There may be certain orders that we might be unable to accept due to certain reasons.
VeroniQ Trends solely reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracy or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
In such case if customer has placed the order and payment is made and if we are unable to Provide the product/products, full paid amount will be refunded to Customer.
Customer Cancellation
Within 24Hrs
An order can be cancelled for a full refund only within 24 hours of purchase. Here we will be deducting Bank transaction fee of 10 % from final order value.
After 24 hrs & before 2 days
For An order cancelled after 24 hours and within 2 days in addition to a 10% Bank transaction fee and amount of 20 USD shall be charged as the non-refundable processing fees. As most of our products are made on order.
Beyond 2 days no order can be cancelled.
